From January 1st of the new year (1/1/2024), all invoices issued in order to be valid must contain a printed QR CODE, which will allow the recipient to verify it via the platform of the Independent Authority for Public Revenue (AADE), mydata.
► Revenue
- Documents must be transmitted to mydata before delivery to the client.
- It is no longer possible to issue an invoice with a date earlier than the current one.
► Expenses
- The expense invoices that are received must have a printed and scannable QR CODE readable by smart devices. Otherwise, they cannot be registered as proof of expense, and the corresponding tax deduction will not be possible.

✓ Epsilon Smart Users
Those using epsilon smart for issuing their invoices are ready for the legal issuance of their documents, as we have made the necessary configuration for this obligation. The invoice, immediately upon issuance, receives a MARK number (unique registration number), and the QR CODE is activated and printed on the document.
The cancellation of the document remains possible, but there is no longer the right to correct or delete the document once it has been transmitted. It must be canceled and a new one issued with the correct details.
WARNING!!! If the QR CODE does not appear after issuance, there is a problem with the transmission of the document, and it should be resolved immediately.
